All Prices are Exclusive of GST & taxes as applicable.
Booking will be Confirmed Only on Receipt Of 100% Payment of the Hall charges.
Deposit of Rs. 1,00,000 should be paid before 1 days of event towards advance for Supplementary Charges & for any breakage & damages.
If the above Supplementary charges & deposit are not paid by due date, the Booking will be consideredcanceled and all amount would not be refunded under any circumstances.
A booking is not considered as confirmed unless payment in full has been made.
In case if you want to cancel your booking Rs. 1,20,000 + Taxes will be deducted from the Hall charges.
Before 30 days from the date of function 100% of the amount will be deducted. Booking amount would not be refunded under any circumstances.
All Payment should Be Made By Means Of Bank Transfer - RTGS / NEFT / UPI Drawn in favour of 'K SQUARE CONVENTION'
Bookings are done on first come first server basis.
"Slaughtering of Animals Strictly Not Allowed" but Non Veg Cooking is ONLY allowed in separate Non-Veg Kitchen.
Kitchen equipments should be arranged at Guest’s Risk
Locks for Kitchen, Store room, bride and grooms should be arranged by the customers for the safety purpose.
Age proof of the bride and groom is to be submitted to our office at the time of booking (Bride’s age should be 18 and Groom’s age should be 21 and above)
Every marriage arranged in the hall must be duly registered as per the rules laid down by law. This is the responsibility of the persons booking the hall and a copy of the marriage license must be given to the manager prior to the date of the function.
Crackers, Smoking, Liquor are Strictly Prohibited.
Management is not responsible for your personal belongings.
Client must inspect the premises prior to taking possession. Similarly the venue is expected to be vacated in the same condition as it was handover to them.
DO NOT USE nails, tacks or staples in the walls/ceiling. IF tape is used, it must be painter’s tape. All decorations and tape must be removed after the event.
Setup and breakdown times must fall within the total rental time period. It is the responsibility of the Client to move the equipment within the facility or on the grounds during the event.
Client contact person will need to check out and sign off with our staff person.
Client will be fully responsible for all liabilities, including food or any damage to the building, vehicles, carpeting, equipments or other furnishings.
Client must Notify on-site staff of any damages that may occur during the event.
Management is not responsible for any mishap. Natural Calamities and theft.
All statutory permission (police, sound, excise etc.) will sole responsibility of client, copy of such permission will have to be presented in the office before 3 days of the event.
If alcohol is SERVED at an event, we must receive a proof in advance that you or persons contracted by you have a valid Service Permit from the concerned government authority. Client agrees to refuse to allow alcohol to be served to, or consumed by, any person who is visibly intoxicated or under 18 years of age. On-site staff may ask guests for identification to verify age and reserves the right to ask the entire party to leave if (1) a minor is consuming alcohol; (2) an adult is providing alcohol to a minor; or (3) a guest or guests appears intoxicated and refuses to leave the Premises. The Client shall indemnify and hold the K SQUARE CONVENTION harmless from all liability for improper use of alcohol.
Smoking or Spitting of paan, gutkhas and other tobacco consumption is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Smoking / Spitting in the venue would attract the penalty of Rs.1,000
K SQUARE CONVENTION representatives have the exclusive rights to restrict entry of certain guests into the premises.
No animals and pets are permitted in the premises.
Firearms and weapons are not allowed on the premises.
Fireworks & firecrackers are strictly prohibited.
You may not use the services of K SQUARE CONVENTION staff for loading and unloading of goods and material to be used in a function.
You may not remove any property that belongs to K SQUARE CONVENTION from the premises.
No musical instruments or loud speakers will be allowed after 10.30 p.m. or any other such time as applicable by law.
All trash and recyclables must be removed from the halls and placed in dumpsters and recycling areas outside.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the K SQUARE CONVENTION and, its officers and agents harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, actions, demands or losses of any kind and nature that may occur or be claimed with respect to any person or persons, corporation, property of chattels, on or about the K SQUARE CONVENTION, or to the property itself resulting from any act done, or omission by or through the Client, its agents, contractors, employees, invitees, or any person on the premises of the K SQUARE CONVENTION by reason of Client’s use or occupancy thereof. These may include, but are not limited to accident, injury or damage to property arising from any act of the Client or Client’s guest, whether intentional or negligent, which occur during use. Client agrees to pay all costs and attorney fees incurred by the K SQUARE CONVENTION and representatives in defending any such claim or action brought against the owner and representatives.
We will always try and settle all disputes amicably and fairly. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so, all dispute resolutions will fall under the jurisdiction of the Kadapa Court.
